About Us

Serene Center is the first Integrative Reproductive Medicine specialty practice in the Sarasota, Florida area. We focus through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine integrated into a patient who presents with western medical (allopathic) diagnosis and resources. All pieces of the individual patient's puzzle are respected and considered. 

Although have a general Chinese and Functional medicine foundation, our focus has been on Reproductive Medicine. The state of the reproductive system is a finely tuned barometer for the state of the underlying health of the body. Imbalances show up in the reproductive system before they develop into disease. Thus, issues with fertility, menopause, and post-partum care give us opportunities to get a head start on a lifetime of optimized aging and living practices. 

This practice aims to provide the resources and skills for cultivating your own inner healthy garden. The process requires a bit of creativity, participation, reflection and discipline. Just as a garden is nourished through water, rich soil, and correct lighting, so is your health cultivated though choices in foods, lifestyles, and environment.
